Northmount is a residential neighborhood in north-central Edmonton, bordered by 144th Avenue, 82nd Street, 137th Avenue, and 97th Street. Its modified grid layout ensures easy access to major roads, connecting residents to amenities and employment hubs across the city. Developed primarily in the late 1960s and early 1970s, the area is dominated by single-detached homes, with a well-planned separation of land uses.
