About Fulton Place, Edmonton
Fulton Place, located east of downtown Edmonton, developed in the 1950s and is now a mature neighborhood. It offers scenic views from Fulton Drive and easy access to the North Saskatchewan River Valley, with recreational facilities, three parks, two schools, and a community league.
Annexed to Edmonton in 1954, most of the residential area was developed in the 1950s, with single-detached homes being the dominant housing type. Low-rise apartments and semi-detached homes make up the remainder. The neighborhood is named after Fulton Creek, which runs through the ravine on its west boundary, and extends east to 50 Street between 101 Avenue and 106 Avenue.
