Greenfield was developed post-World War II, during Edmonton’s rapid expansion. It features larger lots arranged in crescents and cul-de-sacs, with easy access to schools and recreation.
Primarily a single-detached home community, Greenfield has a centrally located school and recreation site, along with a small shopping plaza. Additional services are available at Southgate Centre. Bounded by arterial and collector roads, the neighbourhood offers convenient transit access.
Named after Herbert Greenfield, Alberta’s Premier from 1921 to 1925.
