Originally annexed in 1971 to accommodate the city’s growing population, development in Lorelei began after its neighborhood outline plan was approved in 1975. Bordered by Castle Downs Road, 97th Street, Beaumaris Road, and 160 Avenue, Lorelei provides convenient access to major roadways, ensuring seamless connectivity to the rest of Edmonton.
