  • Lake Access: $634.25
  • Standard: $453.02

Fees are due January 1st each year and are subject to small annual increases for inflation.

All new homeowners must register at the Summerside Residents Association office. Be sure to bring photo ID and proof of homeownership so your membership can be activated.
